American Plan Rate 2010

Weekly Sunday-to-Sunday rates include all activities available at the ranch. For your convenience we have a popshop. Check out time is 11:00 a.m. Check in time is 2:00 p.m

Weekly Rates (May to October)
Adults
Single Person…………………….$2,000 per person
Two or more Adults per cabin…..$1,650 per person

Children
Under 4…………………Free
4-9………………….……$700 per child
10-13……………………$900 per child
14-17……………………$1,100 per child

Taxes
3.9% State and County must be added to all rates.

Transportation
We meet our guests at Steamboat Springs, CO (plane or shuttle) for $50 per trip.

Discounts
Group rates are available upon request.

Tips
A 15% gratuity will be added to your bill and distributed weekly to the staff.

Deposit
$500 per adult / $200 per child.

We will give a full refund with a minimum of 60 day notice. A refund of half the deposit may result with less than 60 days notice unless we can fill the space. We accept cash, traveler’s checks, or personal checks.
